Product engineering

Build a product your customers enjoy using and your team can keep improving. We take ownership across frontend, backend, mobile, and cloud, from discovery through release.

What you get

  • A product scope and technical plan tied to your goals
  • Interfaces, APIs, and integrations that work together
  • Testing and a repeatable release process
  • Documentation and a practical handover

Areas we cover

  • Frontend
  • Backend
  • Mobile
  • APIs
  • Cloud
  • Integrations

Good fit if

You need to launch a new product, modernize a platform, or deliver a substantial feature with one accountable partner.

Engagement models

A clear scope before we start.

We quote against an agreed scope. Fees, invoice currency, payment milestones, and timing are confirmed in writing before work begins. Audit findings can inform a separate estimate for repair work.

  • Defined deliverables

    Project sprint

A focused build for a product, feature, or AI workflow, with clear acceptance criteria.

    Scoped to your project
    Let’s scope it
    • Agreed deliverables and milestones
    • Regular demos and written updates
    Discuss a build
  • Ongoing

    Embedded engineering

Engineering capacity for a growing roadmap, working alongside your team and within your process.

    Based on scope and capacity
    Let’s plan it
    • A shared delivery plan
    • Agreed collaboration hours
    Discuss your roadmap
  • Review, then repair

    App audit

An independent engineering review to understand your app’s risks and decide what to fix first.

    Quoted after scope review

Process

How a project runs, step by step.

You always know what we’re working on, what’s next, and what it costs.

  1. 01

    Understand the goal

We discuss your product, priorities, and constraints. For an existing app, we establish what is working, what is failing, and which areas need review.

    • Scope
    • Estimate
  2. 02

    Make a clear plan

For builds, we map the product and technical approach. For audits, we agree the review scope and access. You know what we will deliver, how we will check it, and when to expect it.

    • Delivery plan
    • Acceptance criteria
    • Review scope
  3. 03

    Deliver with visibility

We work in short cycles and surface decisions early. Builds come with reviewable changes; audits come with evidence and prioritized findings. Repair work is agreed before implementation.

    Verify and hand over

We validate the agreed deliverables and walk your team through the result. That may be a release, an audit report, or verified repairs, with documentation and a clear handover.

Questions

Before we get started.

How do you work with US and European teams?

We agree on meeting windows, delivery milestones, and communication channels at the start. Written updates and recorded demos keep work moving between calls, with live overlap planned around your team.

Can you review an app built with AI coding tools?

Yes. Our app audit and repair service is designed for vibe-coded apps as well as existing codebases. We review the code and agreed user flows for bugs, security gaps, architecture issues, and performance problems. You get prioritized findings with evidence and recommended next steps.

Do you fix the issues you find?

Yes. You can use the report with your own team or ask us to handle the repairs. We agree the scope, cost, and validation checks before starting follow-on work.

What does an audit cover?

We agree the scope around your app and its risks. Typical areas include authentication, permissions, data access, critical user flows, integrations, dependencies, architecture, and performance. Findings include severity, evidence, and a recommended fix. The review is an engineering assessment, not a compliance certification.

Who owns the code and deliverables?

You retain control of your repository. Ownership and handover terms are set out in the agreement, including the code, documentation, and review findings we deliver.

How do pricing and payments work?

We quote against an agreed scope. Fees, invoice currency, payment milestones, and timing are confirmed in writing before work begins. Audit findings can inform a separate estimate for repair work.

What do you need to get started?

Tell us what you are building or fixing, who it is for, and your priorities. We confirm fit and scope first, then arrange the access needed for the work. An NDA can be agreed before you share sensitive project details.
